We are thrilled to announce that Celer Energy has been awarded 2nd place at the prestigious Black Tech Saturdays (BTS) Golden Pitch Competition! Competing against over 200 applicants and some of the brightest minds in the tech industry, this recognition highlights our commitment to revolutionizing energy storage and empowering underserved communities.
The Journey to 2nd Place
The BTS Golden Pitch Competition brought together the nation’s most innovative Black-led startups for a chance to showcase their groundbreaking work and compete for funding. Among an incredible pool of applicants, Celer Energy emerged as a finalist, presenting our vision for non-lithium energy storage solutions that are safer, cleaner, and more efficient for the future of energy.
Our pitch resonated with the judges, earning us 2nd place and a generous $10,000 prize to accelerate our mission. This recognition is a testament to the hard work of our team, the strength of our solution, and our vision to drive sustainability, job creation, and energy independence.
